The concept of Facility Management is new and it is a very multi-disciplined school of knowledge. Almost everyone in FM was falling into this career path by "accident". However, as we moving into the age of creativity and innovation, organizations facing tremendous changes and challenges of the way they function and how their employees work, FM becomes so vitally important.
